SmarterMail Manager allows domain admins the ability to manage SmarterMail email accounts, email lists, and email aliases without leaving their DotNetNuke portal! Provide your customers with access to the most common tools of SmarterMail without giving them access to control panels. This allows your customers to add and edit their own email setting without the risk of critical settings being changed by accident. This module is available for purchase at Snowcovered.

SmarterMail Manager Menu

Navigate through the module with a clear and concise menu featuring options to add, view or modify domain values, email accounts, email lists and user aliases.

Admin Options

To obtain access to the email information for a domain, simply enter your domain information and password. These values will be stored securely for future use and your password is masked for security.

Email Accounts

View a list of current email accounts on your domain. To edit or delete existing accounts, click on the corresponding link (you will be prompted before deletion). To add a new account, click on the button at the bottom and enter the new email information.



Add New Account
Adding a new email account is fast and easy. Enter the address and password, and if you want a display name different from the email address, enter the first and last name for the email address. If the new account will be a domain administrator, select the Domain Administrator checkbox. You also have the ability to set-up a Responder which sends an automated message back to the sender when email messages are received and/or a Forwarder which forwards all email messages received to a specified address (with the option to delete upon forwarding).



Edit Email Account
Quickly and easily reset passwords, edit display names and assign Administrators. You also have the ability to set-up a Responder which sends an automated message back to the sender when email messages are received and/or a Forwarder which forwards all email messages received to a specified address (with the option to delete upon forwarding).

Manage Lists

View a list of current email lists on your domain. To edit or delete existing lists, click on the corresponding link (you will be prompted before deletion). To add a new list, click on the button at the bottom and enter the new email list information.



Add New Email List
Creating a email list is fast and easy. Enter the name and description of the list, and select the Moderator from a list of existing email accounts. Set up the parameters of the list including the maximum message size and the maximum number of recipients per message. You also have the ability to disable a list.



Edit Email List
View or edit the general information of a list and/or the settings of a list including . Manage your list of subscribers by adding, editing and deleting email addresses.

Manage User Alias

View a list of current aliases on your domain. To edit or delete an existing alias, click on the corresponding link (you will be prompted before deletion). To add a new alias, click on the button at the bottom and enter the new alias information.



Add New Mail Alias
Creating an alias is easy. Enter the alias and the corresponding email accounts.

Add, edit or delete email accounts associated with an alias.

Standard License: One DotNetNuke Database is covered.
Server License: All DotNetNuke Databases on one server are covered.
Host License: Unlimited use of module within a web host environment.
